Sales Development Specialist with Arabic

About the role

Join a leading global customer experience company as an Arabic‑speaking Sales Development Specialist. You will work remotely from Bulgaria, identifying new B2B opportunities and building long‑term client relationships across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct outbound calls following marketing campaigns, website inquiries, webinars and other inbound leads.
• Engage prospective customers to understand their business needs and present relevant solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and cross‑functional teams to improve customer experience and sales performance.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and achieve individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Arabic and good command of English (written and spoken).
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and customer‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
