Sales Development Representative (Dutch)

About the role

Join Concentrix Greece’s multicultural team of #GameChangers and use your Dutch-language sales expertise to drive B2B engagements on a leading professional networking platform. You will interact with clients across the sales funnel, delivering memorable experiences for top‑brand customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound B2B sales activities, engaging clients via video, phone, email and social media.
• Identify and reach alternative decision‑makers using tools such as Sales Navigator and other lead‑generation methods.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, qualify leads and hand them over to the onboarding team.
• Track and report daily, monthly and quarterly performance metrics to meet sales targets.
• Adhere to response‑time SLAs and follow defined sales cadences.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Dutch, spoken and written.
• Minimum 1.5 years of sales experience, preferably in tech or digital advertising.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, able to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving IT sales environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
