Sales & Clinical Account Specialist – Biosense Webster

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales & Clinical Account Specialist for Biosense Webster in the North Greece region. The role combines clinical support for electrophysiology procedures with sales activities to grow market share of advanced cardiac arrhythmia solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to physicians during electrophysiology procedures using Biosense Webster products.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth for Biosense Webster in specialty accounts.
• Ensure optimal use of advanced EP tools such as the CARTO 3 3D mapping system.
• Organise and deliver clinical trainings, product demonstrations, workshops and hands‑on sessions.
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams including Marketing, R&D, Regulatory and Customer Service.
• Review customer orders, monitor product sales and develop improvement plans.

Required profile

• 0+ years experience in the interventional cardiology device field.
• Biomedical or related degree with strong presentation skills.
• Experience in medical technology, preferably cardiac.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Highly motivated with strong desire to succeed in a demanding role.
