Road Freight Operator – Serbian Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Road Freight Operator who speaks Serbian to join our logistics team in Sindos, Thessaloniki. The role focuses on managing import and export road freight shipments, ensuring documentation accuracy and smooth coordination with carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Verify shipment documentation and details to guarantee readiness for road freight import/export operations.
• Coordinate bookings with trucking companies, agents and correspondents, providing precise delivery instructions and preparing loading notes.
• Maintain data accuracy in the Orian ERP system.
• Generate and distribute road freight documents such as delivery orders.
• Oversee the issuance and management of invoices related to road freight shipments.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Serbian, English and Greek.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in freight forwarding or shipping is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Orian ERP system (preferred).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
