Retail Trainee – Boutique

About the role

Join the South‑East Europe Commercial Department as a Retail Trainee in a boutique environment. You will support the boutique team in daily operations while helping to deliver an exceptional client experience and embodying the Maison’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and orient clients, manage traffic and waiting times, and provide hospitality services.
• Assist with client appointments, coordinate with sales associates, stockists, cashiers, and boutique assistants.
• Support daily boutique operations, including replenishment of facilities and non‑sellable materials.
• Accompany clients upon departure to ensure a seamless experience.
• Uphold all Maison and boutique policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Contribute to special boutique projects and activities as needed.

Required profile
