Restaurant Manager

About the role

Andronis is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support the brand’s vision of delivering world‑class hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage overall daily restaurant operations.
• Manage and track inventory, ensuring cost control.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and clients.
• Suggest and implement new ideas to improve service and efficiency.
• Onboard new personnel and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure safety, hygiene standards and compliance with regulations.
• Respond efficiently to guest complaints and needs.
• Organise and supervise staff shifts, providing training on customer service in cooperation with F&B and HR managers.
• Communicate food‑quality issues or special requests to the Chef.
• Promote a teamwork environment by leading by example.

Required profile

• Degree/Diploma in hospitality or tourism (asset).
• 3‑4 years of managerial experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both spoken and written; additional language a plus.
• Strong managerial and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to manage a large, diverse team.
