Reservations Supervisor

About the role

Join the newly opened luxury hotel Conrad Athens The Ilisian as a Reservations Supervisor. You will lead the reservations team, ensuring every guest interaction meets the high standards of the Conrad brand while optimizing booking processes and room occupancy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the reservations team, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee room inventory, aligning allocation with market demand and forecasts.
• Train, coach, and support staff in reservation protocols and guest service excellence.
• Resolve reservation‑related issues and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain comprehensive records of bookings, cancellations, and no‑shows for performance analysis.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing to promote special packages and maximize revenue.
• Ensure the reservation system is consistently updated and optimized.
• Assist Front Office during high‑occupancy periods or special events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations, supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field is advantageous.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English.
• Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Opera PMS (reservation system).
