Receptionist

About the role

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and a key contributor to creating a positive and memorable first impression. Your role is central to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth guest journey from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations using the property management system.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and requests.
• Process payments, billing, and financial transactions accurately.
• Provide guests with information on hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, transactions, and special requests.
• Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and inviting.

Required profile

• Has previous experience in a receptionist or front office role (hospitality experience is a plus).
• Communicates fluently in both English and Greek, verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Is familiar with hotel systems such as Protel or similar (considered an asset).
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
• Has a friendly, professional demeanor and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Is flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
