Ready Mix Operations Manager

About the role

The Ready Mix Operations Manager will lead and optimise the performance of the Ready‑Mix Concrete business in the assigned area. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for safe, efficient and profitable operations across production, maintenance, quality, logistics and commercial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Ready‑Mix Concrete operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety, legal and company standards.
• Drive production, maintenance, quality and logistics excellence to meet performance targets.
• Monitor operational performance, resource utilisation and implement productivity improvements.
• Ensure product quality meets technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Lead commercial activities, support sales targets, and develop strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and control operational and commercial budgets.
• Develop and mentor operational and commercial teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Polytechnic School Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Ready‑Mix Concrete, construction materials, manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
• Proven experience leading operational teams and managing business performance.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality management, maintenance, logistics and health & safety requirements.
• Commercial mindset with experience in customer relationship management and sales performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
• Fulfilled military obligations where applicable.
