Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Quality Assurance department at our Eleonas plant. The role focuses on investigating product quality issues, driving continuous improvement, and supporting internal and external audits in a cable manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate product quality problems using tools such as 8D reports, 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams to implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions and track their effectiveness.
• Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements in collaboration with production and technical teams.
• Develop risk‑identification processes and mitigation plans.
• Collect and statistically analyse quality data to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present QA reports with KPIs and metrics.
• Support client and third‑party quality audits.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial experience.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent data‑analysis skills and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Effective teamwork, communication and organisational skills.
• Professional level proficiency in English.
