Purchasing Professional

About the role

We are looking for a Purchasing Professional to place orders with approved suppliers, manage delivery terms, maintain supplier relationships and keep purchasing data up‑to‑date in our ERP system, ensuring fast and cost‑effective supply to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Place orders with suppliers according to specifications and stock levels, aiming for high margin and quick delivery.
• Monitor supplier delivery terms and communicate updates to internal departments.
• Maintain supplier contacts to ensure constructive communication.
• Update and manage purchasing data (delivery terms, payment terms, prices) in the ERP system.
• Continuously develop professional knowledge and technical purchasing skills.

Required profile

• Educational background in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, Logistics or related fields.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with systems, data and planning tools; ERP/MRP knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or similar areas is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fluent English.
