Public Relations Executive

About the role

A multi-awarded Public Relations agency within Publicis Groupe is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented PR Executive in Athens. The role supports the planning and delivery of brand experiences across clients and projects, reporting to the PR Manager. It focuses on coordinating and operationally supporting press office services, influencer marketing and PR activations, working closely with internal teams across the Groupe.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and strengthen relations with key media editors, vloggers and influencers.
• Support the planning and execution of brand activations and PR events.
• Prepare high-quality communication materials such as press releases and native articles.
• Support influencer marketing campaigns, including briefing, management and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Support budget tracking and administrative processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a PR agency or an in-house communications department.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, proactive and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, written and verbal.
• Interest in integrating AI tools into communications.
