Public Area Attendant – Resort Hospitality

About the role

Ella Resorts is looking for a Public Area Attendant to keep all guest‑facing spaces clean, safe and welcoming across its Mediterranean beachfront resorts. You will play a key part in delivering the luxurious experience expected by our visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public areas such as lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators and outdoor spaces.
• Maintain floors, carpets, glass and surfaces in pristine condition.
• Restock supplies in public restrooms and monitor cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Report any damages, maintenance issues or unusual activity promptly.
• Ensure proper use, storage and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Support special event setup or cleaning needs as assigned.
• Greet guests courteously when encountered and maintain a discreet presence.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hotel or resort role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene protocols.
• Ability to understand and follow safety instructions.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic English communication skills.
• High sense of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Reliability, punctuality and discreet guest interaction.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
