Project Manager – Public Infrastructure & Energy Upgrades

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Projects Manager to lead public infrastructure and energy‑efficiency upgrades across Athens. The role covers the full lifecycle of small‑ to medium‑scale projects, from feasibility studies to on‑site delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform project sizing, technical analysis and develop detailed cost estimates and budgets.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors and technical crews.
• Prepare and supervise tender documentation, technical specifications and procurement files.
• Oversee on‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design, quality and safety standards.
• Lead and coordinate assigned Project Managers for each project.
• Monitor timelines, resource allocation and cost control throughout execution.
• Ensure adherence to public works legislation, technical standards and contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in preparation, bidding and execution of infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Public Works of Class 3rd and above and strong knowledge of public procurement procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams.
