About the role

The Production Project Assistant supports the smooth operation of manufacturing sites by monitoring processes, analysing performance data and helping to roll out new electronic systems. You will work closely with production teams across multiple locations and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

Monitor daily production processes and provide assistance where needed.
Analyse production indicators, costs and performance metrics.
Support the implementation of new electronic systems for production across different sites.
Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at improving efficiency and quality.

Required profile

1‑2 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment.
Willingness to travel abroad according to business needs.
Technical background is an advantage.
Excellent command of English.
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Hands‑on attitude and ability to multitask.
Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
