Production Engineer

About the role

Join Hellenic Cables’ Fulgor Plant in Corinth as a Production Engineer, contributing to the manufacturing of high‑ and extra‑high voltage submarine cables. You will work in a cutting‑edge environment, supporting projects that connect communities and power a sustainable future.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of the production program and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze and improve working conditions, ergonomics, and department performance to increase productivity and reduce scrap.
• Propose and oversee the use of new materials.
• Prepare process documentation and operating instructions.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
• Recommend modifications or investments to upgrade systems and lower operating costs.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize workload.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
