Procurement Manager

About the role

We develop and market collectible products, ranging from 2D and 3D series to licensed figurines, manufactured across Balkan markets. We are seeking a Procurement Manager to own the end‑to‑end supply chain, from supplier negotiation and costing to quality assurance and launch delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and manage suppliers in Europe, China and other regions for pre‑press, printing, packaging and component needs.
• Build production schedules, costings and P&L inputs for each launch and oversee purchase orders through to delivery.
• Approve mock‑ups and production samples, ensure finishing and packaging accuracy, and maintain compliance with labeling and legislation.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Editorial teams to align specifications and timelines across departments and suppliers.
• Coordinate transport, shipping and act as the primary contact for partner brands and distributors on production issues.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in procurement, production or supply chain, preferably with overseas sourcing or licensed/branded goods.
• Confident negotiator comfortable managing supplier relationships.
• Strong numerical and detail orientation with excellent English communication.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent deadlines without loss of accuracy.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
