Primary School Teacher

About the role

The Primary School Teacher will plan, deliver and assess high‑quality learning experiences for primary students, supporting their academic, social, emotional and personal development. The role is centred on creating a safe, inclusive and engaging environment that aligns with the school’s mission, vision and values.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee the primary academic programme, ensuring effective curriculum delivery and innovative, student‑centred teaching.
• Coordinate, mentor and evaluate the primary teaching team, identify professional development needs and lead pedagogical meetings.
• Monitor students’ academic, social and emotional progress, implement support strategies and manage behaviour and wellbeing initiatives.
• Maintain timely communication with parents and guardians, participate in meetings, conferences and school events, and address concerns promptly.
• Prepare academic and performance reports, coordinate timetables, assessments and school activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and educational regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or licence as required by local regulations.
• Minimum of X years of teaching experience in primary education.
• Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management and instructional abilities.
