Practical AI Instructor

About the role

Big Blue Data Academy seeks a Practical AI Instructor to lead its live online program, Practical AI for Professionals. The role focuses on teaching non‑technical professionals how to apply modern AI tools to everyday work tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live online training sessions for the Practical AI for Professionals program.
• Demonstrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva, NotebookLM, Perplexity, Zapier, Make, n8n) and guide participants through hands‑on exercises.
• Help learners build practical AI workflows for productivity, communication, research, creativity, and automation.
• Explain prompt engineering, AI‑assisted writing, document analysis, multimodal AI, and AI agents in clear, non‑technical language.
• Create or contribute to educational materials, examples, exercises, and case studies.
• Educate participants about limitations, risks, and responsible use of AI tools.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools, features, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the academy team to continuously improve the program.

Required profile

• Strong practical experience using modern AI tools in professional or business contexts.
• Excellent ability to explain AI concepts and workflows to non‑technical audiences.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with AI productivity platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Canva, NotebookLM, Perplexity, Zapier, Make, and n8n.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and designing AI‑assisted workflows.
