Pharmacy Panel Specialist – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

Under guidance, you will conduct technical activation and support of pharmacies in a multi‑platform environment for a 12‑month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Initial setup of technical interfaces and activation of pharmacy software.
• Launch software and train pharmacy users.
• Monitor the environment, resolve issues, and ensure processes are completed on schedule.
• Escalate complex problems to second‑level support and execute special processing requests.
• Enter issues into the problem management tool and update outstanding items.
• Provide expertise to client‑facing teams and act as a subject‑matter expert in the absence of a supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of experience in a similar environment.
• Strong job‑control language skills or experience with distributed platform operating and PC operating systems.
• Proficiency with scheduling software packages used by IQVIA and problem‑management tools.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑service focused communication skills.
