About the role
The Payment Specialist is responsible for end‑to‑end payment operations, ensuring accurate, timely processing of daily payments and safeguarding physical payment assets. The role supports both internal and external stakeholders with payment inquiries and issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and execute daily bank payments using cash, checks, transfers and special platforms in line with local compliance.
- Manage physical payment assets, including ticket applications, cash vault operations, ledger registration and inventory control.
- Track and resolve payment issues, follow up on failed or refund payments, perform reverse processing and support internal and external payment queries.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Experience in finance, preferably in payments or banking.
- Strong oral and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
