Part-Time Data Science Instructor

About the role

TechPro Academy is seeking a passionate part‑time Data Science Instructor to lead afternoon classes for aspiring tech professionals. You will deliver engaging lectures and hands‑on labs, mentor students through projects, and help keep the curriculum aligned with industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interactive lectures and coding labs covering Python, data analysis, machine learning, and SQL.
• Provide mentorship, code reviews, and feedback on real‑world data projects.
• Collaborate with the academic team to update course content and teaching methods.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field (PhD a plus).
• Proven expertise with core data‑science tools and libraries.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Previous teaching, mentoring or public‑speaking experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience and a commitment to student success.
