Night Shift Cook – Santorini or Paros

About the role

ANDRONIS is seeking a motivated Cook for night‑shift duties at its hotels on Santorini or Paros. The successful candidate will help deliver high‑quality meals while supporting the team during overnight operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipe cards, adhering to production, portion and presentation standards.
• Complete mise en place and set up work stations for the night shift.
• Cook and plate top‑quality menu items promptly.
• Test dishes to ensure correct preparation and temperature.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.

Required profile

• Excellent command of Greek or English.
• Team player with strong communication skills for guests and colleagues.
• Awareness of cultural and dietary (including dairy) restrictions.
