About the role
The Night Security Officer is responsible for safeguarding the company's premises, personnel, and assets during overnight hours. The role requires proactive monitoring, regular patrols, and swift response to any incidents or emergencies.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols, ensuring doors, windows, and access points are secured.
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and fire detection equipment.
- Manage and log incoming and outgoing individuals and vehicles during the night shift.
- Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, or emergencies and coordinate with police, fire, or medical services as needed.
- Maintain shift logs and prepare daily activity/incident reports.
Required profile
- Valid Security License or Certification.
- Proven experience as a Security Officer, preferably on night shifts.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CCTV operations.
- Experience with alarm systems.
- Basic computer skills for logging and reporting.
