About the role

Plan, deliver, and assess high‑quality learning experiences for primary school students, fostering their academic, social, emotional, and personal development in a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. The role aligns curriculum delivery with the school’s mission, vision, and values.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee the primary academic program, ensuring effective curriculum delivery and innovative, student‑centered teaching practices.
• Analyze academic results, develop continuous‑improvement plans, and coordinate assessments and timetables.
• Mentor, evaluate, and support the primary teaching team, identifying professional‑development needs and leading pedagogical meetings.
• Monitor students’ academic, social, and emotional progress, implementing support strategies for diverse learning needs.
• Maintain timely communication with parents, participate in meetings and conferences, and address concerns promptly.
• Prepare academic and performance reports, ensure compliance with internal policies and educational regulations, and coordinate school activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license as required by local regulations.
