Middleware Software Intern

About the role

Kyndryl is seeking a Middleware Software Intern to join its team in Athens. You will participate in immersive learning programs, gain hands‑on experience with client projects, and develop core business and technical skills under mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze information from multiple sources, identify patterns or risks, and propose practical next steps.
• Assist in building, troubleshooting, and validating changes in tools and systems such as integrations, workflows, scripts, dashboards, or configurations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teammates, coordinate handoffs, and meet shared deadlines.
• Communicate progress clearly, raise blockers early, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a university or educational program.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and follow structured processes.
• Learning agility, growth mindset, and willingness to seek feedback.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with common digital tools such as spreadsheets and collaboration platforms.
• Willingness to learn new technical tools and systems.
