Math Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Math Teacher to plan, deliver, and assess mathematics lessons for our students. The successful candidate will collaborate with academic staff, the Psychology Department, and parents to support student learning and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance, send plans to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator, and prepare necessary teaching materials.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date grade book, record grades promptly, and design monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work, keep the classroom environment engaging, and supervise playground duties.
• Work with the Psychology Department and Academic Coordinator to support students with academic, behavioral, or special‑needs issues.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, parent conferences, and school activities; organize community service and fundraising projects.
• Record daily attendance, manage homework boards, and encourage student participation in sub‑committees.
• Communicate openly with students and parents, and refer socio‑emotional concerns to the Psychology Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an educational setting.
• Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to work under pressure, strong organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools.
• Intermediate‑level Microsoft Office skills.
