Marketing Manager

About the role

Metasteps is a fast‑growing no‑code 3D space creation platform serving educators, museums, brands and creators. We are looking for a driven Marketing Manager to own day‑to‑day execution, drive full‑funnel growth and connect with our ideal customer profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, setting the content calendar, voice and audience engagement.
• Lead content strategy and production, including blog posts, newsletters, case studies and videos, to support the funnel end‑to‑end.
• Own SEO activities: keyword research, on‑page optimization and organic performance tracking.
• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with full budget ownership and ROI reporting.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards, analyse data and surface actionable insights for leadership.
• Track competitor positioning and industry trends in the immersive‑tech space to refine messaging.
• Own email marketing strategy, segmentation, automation sequences and copy, continuously improving performance.
• Plan and execute product launches and webinars, coordinating with product, sales and leadership.
• Manage relationships with freelancers, agencies or interns supporting the marketing function.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS tech startup.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; MBA highly desired.
• Proven track record of owning marketing initiatives from strategy through execution and reporting.
• Strong curiosity about immersive technology and digital experiences.
• Self‑starter mindset with real ownership and autonomy.
