Marketing Graphic Designer – Tabletop Games & Miniatures

About the role

We are seeking a creative Marketing Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of our monthly tabletop game and miniature releases. You will work closely with our creative team to produce compelling assets that engage hobbyists worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design promotional graphics for new miniature collections.
• Create product images and marketing assets for the online store.
• Layout adventure books, PDFs and other printed or digital publications.
• Produce graphics for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X and other social platforms.
• Develop banners for the website, MyMiniFactory, Patreon, Kickstarter and other marketplaces.
• Design email marketing visuals and campaign assets.
• Craft short promotional videos and short‑form content.
• Prepare product thumbnails, feature images and marketplace graphics.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels.
• Collaborate on campaign concepts for new product launches and special promotions.

Required profile

• Creative and organized with a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and marketing work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience creating graphics for social media advertising.
• Ability to design layouts for books, PDFs, brochures or catalogs.
• Familiarity with CapCut or similar video‑editing software for short promotional videos.
