Marketing & Content Coordinator

About the role

ThinkVilla Bespoke Stays is looking for a creative and organised Marketing & Content Coordinator to join its Rethymno office. You will support the growing brand by turning ideas into well‑executed marketing actions, from planning campaigns to creating and publishing content across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the annual and seasonal marketing calendar.
• Create engaging copy and visual assets for social media, website, newsletters and other digital platforms.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media publishing, content calendars and community interaction.
• Set up, monitor and optimise paid social and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate email marketing, monthly newsletters and PR activities.
• Lead the launch of new villas, collections, experiences and special projects.
• Oversee photography, video and other creative production.
• Track campaign performance, digital activity and key marketing metrics.

Required profile

• Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation or communications.
• Strong copywriting abilities in English and Greek.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proactive, creative mindset with a passion for luxury travel and hospitality.
