Manufacturing Equipment Service Technician

About the role

Join Diversey, a leading provider of cleaning, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions, as a Manufacturing Equipment Service Technician in the Food & Beverage division. You will support customers across Greece, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations of dosing and hygiene equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose and repair issues, respond to emergency service calls, and implement effective solutions.
• Support new customer installations, ensuring proper setup and calibration.
• Provide training to customers on safe and efficient use of dosing equipment and hygiene solutions.
• Maintain relationships with OEM partners and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience in electrical maintenance and mechanical installations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Willingness to travel across Greece (up to two weeks per month).
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid, clean B‑category driving licence.
