About the role

The Manager – Luxury Yacht Chartering leads the global charter business, shaping strategy, driving revenue, and ensuring exceptional client experiences across the company’s luxury yacht portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s luxury yacht charter strategy to meet revenue, profitability and market‑growth objectives.
• Lead charter sales initiatives, build relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, travel advisors and corporate clients, and negotiate high‑value charter agreements.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end charter booking process, ensuring seamless execution, operational excellence and compliance with maritime regulations.
• Develop strong relationships with yacht owners and management companies, expand the charter fleet, and negotiate exclusive listings and management agreements.
• Deliver world‑class, personalized luxury experiences, manage VIP client relationships and resolve complex issues with discretion.
• Collaborate with marketing on brand positioning, campaigns, digital marketing, social media and luxury brand partnerships.
• Represent the company at international yacht shows, luxury travel events and industry conferences.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury charter, high‑end travel or related sales environments.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue and market growth.
• Strong network and relationship‑building skills with high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices and strategic partners.
• Experience negotiating high‑value agreements and managing commercial partnerships.
• Demonstrated capability to oversee complex operations and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Exceptional client‑service orientation with a focus on confidentiality and personalized service.
