Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will ensure optimal operation of all hotel facilities and efficiently organise the Maintenance Department, maintaining high standards of health, safety and service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of pumping stations, mechanical plant rooms and modern technical systems.
• Manage electrical systems, installations, heating systems and LPG.
• Monitor achievement of operational objectives and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Degree from a Technical School (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar hospitality role, preferably in large hotel properties.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Required skills

• Knowledge of pumping stations and mechanical plant rooms.
• Understanding of modern technical systems.
• Experience with electrical systems and installations.
• Basic knowledge of heating systems and LPG.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
