Lead Instructor: Enterprise

About the role

This is an opportunity to lead engaging, hands‑on training for enterprise teams adopting a new retail promotion planning and optimization tool. You will guide learners through realistic promotional planning scenarios, teaching the platform through practical workflows rather than feature‑by‑feature demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 30 virtual training sessions (10 full‑day and 20 half‑day workshops) that combine theory with hands‑on exercises.
• Explain promotional planning concepts, terminology, processes and performance metrics such as ROI, sales lift and incrementality.
• Demonstrate the client‑specific proprietary tool in a live virtual environment, troubleshooting any unexpected behavior.
• Help participants understand how AI‑assisted recommendations support planning while reinforcing human judgment.
• Prepare and rehearse session material, participate in onboarding, dry‑runs and client‑specific tool training.

Required profile

• Background in marketing, sales, business analysis or a related field with familiarity of retail promotion terminology.
• Proven ability to learn proprietary software quickly and present it confidently to an audience.
• Experience delivering hands‑on, virtual training to mixed‑skill audiences.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills, with a professional virtual presence.
• Ability to adapt to evolving client requirements and troubleshoot technical issues on the fly.
