Lead AI Generative Designer

About the role

This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on creating high‑quality, realistic, and consistent AI‑generated visual content at scale. You will own the quality of generated images while continuously improving realism, visual polish, approval rates, and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality and consistency of AI‑generated visual content across production workflows.
• Build and optimise scalable generative‑AI image‑production pipelines using tools such as Nano Banana Pro, Flux, ComfyUI and APIs.
• Design, maintain and automate repeatable ComfyUI workflows for batch generation.
• Research, evaluate and integrate emerging generative‑AI models and techniques to improve realism, speed and cost efficiency.
• Define technical direction, standards and best practices for AI image‑generation across content streams.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience creating realistic images of people, models or avatars with generative AI.
• Proven ability to design, implement and optimise automated production pipelines.
• Deep visual taste with an eye for detail, composition, anatomy and lighting.
• Senior‑level ownership and ability to work independently in a fast‑changing AI environment.
