Key Account & E‑commerce Manager (Greece)

About the role

The Key Account & E‑commerce Manager will drive sales, business results and marketing initiatives for Royal Canin across key accounts and e‑commerce sub‑channels in Greece. You will develop and execute strategies that align with the unit’s KPIs and growth objectives while safeguarding the brand’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Set and monitor KPIs for net sales value, growth and earnings in key accounts and e‑commerce.
• Manage relationships with headquarters‑level customers, including owners, buyers and category managers.
• Define and implement channel strategies for two sub‑channels, allocating resources and capabilities.
• Negotiate annual trade terms and contracts with key accounts and e‑commerce partners.
• Lead joint business planning and value‑creation initiatives.
• Design and roll out annual promotional activities and maintain the promotion calendar.
• Control budget and investment spend.
• Coordinate shop‑visit planning and reporting using the Set2Sell program.
• Handle demand planning, stock forecasting and post‑promotion ROI analysis.
• Develop individual account development plans and share e‑commerce best practices across the CEE cluster.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG, durables, D2C or B2B environments.
• Digital knowledge of retailer e‑commerce business models.
• Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong internal and external networking capabilities.
