Junior Software Tester / QA Engineer (Functional Testing)

About the role

You will actively participate in international end‑to‑end projects, ensuring software quality through functional testing. Working within multi‑functional teams, you will design, execute and report test cases while collaborating closely with developers and functional analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and monitor functional test cases based on specifications and user stories.
• Track and manage defects, perform root‑cause analysis and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Document test results, produce reports and ensure alignment with client priorities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, STEM or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to travel domestically and abroad.
• Proactive attitude, genuine enthusiasm for software quality and strong teamwork skills.
• Interest in software testing and quality assurance practices.
• Analytical mindset, precision, self‑management and goal‑orientation.
