Junior Site Engineer

About the role

Scorpios is seeking a Junior Site Engineer to act as the owner’s eyes on construction sites. This full‑time, on‑site position will monitor daily progress and quality, validate contractor reports, and feed accurate data into the project management platform. It is an ideal first or second role for a civil engineering graduate eager to grow within a landmark hospitality development.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress and quality across all work fronts on a daily basis.
• Validate contractor progress claims against actual work executed.
• File daily site reports into the Ingenious.build platform.
• Flag discrepancies, quality issues, risks and open items to the Civil Engineer Manager.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities with the General Contractor and subcontractors.
• Support the Cost Controller/Quantity Surveyor with on‑site measurements and quantity verification.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, punch‑list tracking, and health & safety observations.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience; internships or site experience on construction projects are a plus.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fluent in Greek and proficient in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Ingenious.build project management platform.
