Junior Lead Generation Executive

About the role

Viva.com is seeking a Junior Lead Generation Executive to join its fast‑growing sales team. In this dynamic position you will identify and engage potential clients, generate new business opportunities and support the sales cycle through proactive communication and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls from inbound leads or via LinkedIn and other social media across assigned markets.
• Research and proactively approach new prospects.
• Manage and close direct leads, assist small merchants with self‑registration and onboarding.
• Conduct introductory calls and digital presentations explaining Viva.com’s payment, banking and financing solutions.
• Handle inbound inquiries, resolve client issues and ensure high service quality.
• Act as an ambassador for Viva.com, promoting its full suite of products.
• Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements and close sales opportunities.
• Enter and maintain accurate client information in the CRM system.
• Support onboarding activities such as account opening, equipment ordering and commission setup.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of CRM tools.
