Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Junior Graphic Designer will join Blissprojects' Creative Department, working closely with Account Management, Web Design & Development, and Social Media teams. You will create digital artwork and visual content for a wide range of local and international clients across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Follow creative direction from Senior Graphic Designers, Art Directors and the Creative Director.
• Produce engaging digital artwork for ad campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok.
• Design social media content for various industries.
• Execute daily design tasks, multitasking efficiently within the team.
• Translate marketing messages into visual assets for social media, digital advertising, print, banners, posters, videos and multimedia while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on creative and digital trends and propose ideas to enhance client strategies.
• Maintain an organized library of project files on a cloud server.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Junior Graphic Designer in a creative agency.
• Currently residing in Athens, Greece, and able to work full‑time (Monday‑Friday, 10:00‑18:00) in a hybrid model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and generate strategic, edgy ideas.
• Strong commitment to long‑term growth within the Athenian creative scene.
