Junior Buyer/Purchaser

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Buyer/Purchaser to join our purchasing department in Egaleo, Attica. The role supports the supply chain by managing supplier relationships, inventory and market research, ensuring the company’s product range remains competitive.

Key responsibilities

• Control inventory levels and place orders with existing suppliers.
• Research and identify new suppliers and product opportunities.
• Monitor deliveries, resolve pending issues and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to promote company products.
• Track market trends and develop new purchasing proposals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
• Strong command of English.
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Flexibility, adaptability and a team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
