IT Systems Associate

About the role

FF OpsCo is seeking an IT Systems Associate to join its growing IT team. You will provide first‑level support, maintain hardware and software assets, and help keep the company’s technology environment secure and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1 IT support to end‑users, troubleshooting hardware, software, OS and connectivity issues.
• Diagnose, resolve, and appropriately escalate incidents using the company’s ticketing system.
• Install, configure and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, peripherals and related equipment.
• Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, user accounts and workplace technologies.
• Assist with user onboarding and off‑boarding, including account setup, access rights and equipment allocation.
• Provide basic network troubleshooting for LAN/Wi‑Fi and related infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate IT asset and equipment records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex incidents.
• Contribute to IT documentation, knowledge bases and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, service‑desk or systems support.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, business‑oriented environment and prioritize multiple requests.
• Customer‑focused attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
