IT Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to join our team in Athens. You will be the first point of contact for users, helping them navigate daily technical challenges while ensuring our IT infrastructure runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site, phone, and remote technical assistance to end‑users.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
• Set up and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and meeting‑room equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults to keep operations uninterrupted.
• Coordinate user relocations, handling disconnection, reconnection, and verification of all IT equipment.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology or related field (IEK, TEI, AEI).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support and product maintenance.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Greek and English.
• Valid driver’s licence (car or motorcycle).

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows 10/11.
• Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office).
• PC hardware repair.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP protocols.
