IT Support Engineer

About the role

AEGEAN is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join its IT Support team at Athens International Airport. The role involves interacting with end‑users, tracking issues and delivering first‑line technical assistance while ensuring a high‑quality support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure new hardware and software.
• Maintain and monitor network infrastructure.
• Manage service requests and incidents through Jira Service Desk.
• Provide end‑user support for software applications and hardware in line with SLAs.
• Administer Microsoft Windows 10/11 and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
• Assist in configuring network and system devices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, SCCM or Intune (considered an asset).
• Completed military service, if applicable.
