IT Supervisor - Luxury Hotel

About the role

Luura, a luxury hotel group starting with two properties on Paros, is looking for an IT Supervisor. As the main on-site IT contact, you independently manage the daily operation, maintenance and performance of the hotel's IT infrastructure and give hands-on support to every department. You work closely with a remote IT team abroad to resolve issues efficiently, keeping access, security and operations aligned with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Run the daily operation, maintenance and performance of the hotel's IT infrastructure and systems
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, networks, Wi-Fi, telecommunication and other IT equipment
• Support hotel systems such as the Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS)
• Monitor network performance, system reliability, cybersecurity and data protection
• Work with the remote IT team and external vendors on incidents, maintenance, upgrades and new deployments
• Run regular system updates, backups, preventive maintenance and security checks
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and approvals in line with corporate IT policy
• Keep IT asset inventories, access records and technical documentation up to date
• Help install and integrate new technologies and train colleagues on using the IT systems
• Respond quickly to urgent issues and help departments comply with LUURA standards and regulations

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• 2-3 years' experience in IT support or systems administration, ideally in hotels or hospitality
• Hands-on experience with hospitality systems such as PMS and POS
• Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Fluent English; Greek is a plus
• Eligible to work in the EU

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of networks, Wi-Fi, telecommunications and IT hardware
• Understanding of cybersecurity, backups and data protection (GDPR)
