IT Sales Manager (Technical Solutions)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing technical sales team in Greece. You will be responsible for driving commercial growth, ensuring customer success, and shaping the sales strategy for a fast‑growing provider of printing solutions and technical services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
• Define sales targets, KPIs and performance expectations; monitor productivity and results.
• Drive execution of the sales strategy, identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting and reporting to meet commercial objectives.
• Support complex client engagements, solution positioning, negotiations and escalations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors and channel partners.
• Collaborate with technical services and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor sales metrics, conversion rates and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of the technical sales team.
• Provide regular performance reports and strategic updates to the CEO.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in sales management, technical sales, account management or business development within IT.
• Proven people‑management experience leading sales or pre‑sales teams.
• Strong track record with KPI management, sales performance tracking, forecasting and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder‑management and leadership skills.
• Commercial acumen with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to motivate teams, drive accountability and improve performance.
