IT Operations Center Engineer

At Uni Systems we are turning digital visions into reality and continuously growing. We are looking for an IT Operations Center Engineer to join our team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor performance status and capacity of computer systems and network devices.
• Perform regular maintenance on computer systems and network equipment.
• Conduct daily administration tasks for systems and network devices.
• Manage and maintain backup processes.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and network equipment.
• Respond to system alerts and hardware malfunctions.
• Handle user‑reported incidents and process change requests.
• Participate in the design and implementation of projects.

Required profile

• University/College degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Windows Server operating systems.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with internal technical teams and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift schedule.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

• Windows Server operating systems.
• Microsoft System Center tools (SCVMM, SCOM, SCCM).
• Active Directory.
• Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Azure Portal, Azure AD, RBAC, Azure Policy).
• Microsoft Hyper‑V virtualization platform.
• Configuration and installation of network devices and services.
