About the role
Kyndryl is seeking an Infrastructure/Cloud Architect to lead technical design and delivery for client projects, bridging client needs with Kyndryl solutions from inception to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, governance, project executives, and vendors to define technical solutions.
- Design and architect infrastructure solutions across data center, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Lead implementation teams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise, consult early in projects, and guide stakeholders on optimal architectures.
Required profile
- Proven experience with data‑center systems, storage, networking, security, applications and databases.
- Strong understanding of systems and solutions architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms and interoperability.
- Growth mindset, customer‑focused, and inclusive collaboration style.
Required skills
- Data Center technologies (systems, storage, networking, security)
- Application and database knowledge
- Systems and solutions architecture
- Cloud software platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Hyperscaler architect certifications (preferred)
