Identity & Security Engineer

About the role

The Identity & Security Engineer will support the design, implementation and monitoring of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security controls across the organization. You will work with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 security technologies to protect systems and data.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user identities, access rights and role assignments in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Configure and monitor MFA and Conditional Access policies.
• Perform periodic access reviews to ensure compliance with least‑privilege principles.
• Investigate and troubleshoot security incidents, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Administer security configurations within Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to assess and remediate access‑related risks.
• Document IAM processes, procedures and configurations for audit readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field (Master's or certifications are a plus).
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in IT or security, preferably with IAM exposure.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
