Hydraulic Engineer

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Larissa focuses on the modelling, management and optimisation of live water supply, irrigation and sewerage networks. You will be involved from field data collection through to calibrated hydraulic models and actionable intervention proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Build, calibrate and validate hydraulic network models.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, operational scenario simulations and support Digital Twin implementations.
• Process and analyse field data on flow, pressure and consumption.
• Prepare technical reports and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for project planning and execution.
• Conduct site inspections and field measurements as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental or Surveying Engineering.
• Professional licence or eligibility to register with the Technical Chamber of Greece.
• Approximately 2 years of relevant experience (or recent graduate with strong thesis work).
• Familiarity with hydraulic modelling (EPANET, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS).
• Ability to read technical drawings and geospatial data.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
